Collective Haul Sephora, Essie, W7 & Freemans

Hi dolls,

I know I said I would not purchase anything in the month of September or at least for the rest of the month. But when I saw all these deals I could not pass these up so I went along and bought a few things. Heads up, all of these products were bought with discount because I don't really like paying full price for stuff although I make the exception when it comes to makeup and things that have been on my wishlist forever!

Enjoy the video!

Peacock Inspired Eye MakeUp Tutorial

Hi dolls,

Just a quick post referring to my latest makeup tutorial. I have decided to focus just on the eyes this time. I do have to say it was requested for me to create a look using my 32 ELF eyeshadow palette. Instead of using the more neutral colors in the palette I decided to go for more of a colorful look. And this is the result of it.

I hope you guys enjoy, leave me feedback and requests if you have any.

Catrice ''Upper WILDside'' Limited Edition Collection

Hi dolls,

I have been meaning to write this post a couple of weeks ago showing you a preview of this new limited edition collection by Catrice called ''Upper WILDside'' but I have completely forgotten about it *whoopsies*. Hopefully you can forgive me and I can still show you the collection.

This collection is inspired by the city life combining with the thirst for adventure. It has nice warm colors which are perfect for the fall. There is a total of 4 different products and a beauty bag for this collection. I will show you all the products + names + the recommended retail prices.

Long-lasting cream eyeshadow
This cream eyeshadow suppose to be long lasting and it has a dofer applicator for easy application. The colors look super pretty although I need to go to the stores to check out if they are this amazing. I think these colors are great for the in-between seasons transition colors. These retail for € 3.39 a piece.

C01 Be Aztec!

C02 Urban Outrider

C03 The Place To Be: Prairie

Lip Gloss Stick
The lip gloss stick says it has a gel like texture, it won't be very opaque but gives you a subtle hint of color.
This retails for € 3.89 a piece.

C02 Red Rocks!

C01 Wild, Wild West-Side

Sun Teint Bronzing Gel
This is both for face and body, you might be thinking a bronzing gel for fall? Yes as most of us won't be getting a natural tan this is great to still keep up your tan from the summer. This retails for € 3.99

Ultimate Nail Lacquer
5 colors for this collection, I have to admit these colors would've been great for the summer but they are also great for the fall. These will retail for € 2.59 a piece.

Sorry no color names known. Was given to me very confusing.

The beauty bag will be available for € 3.59 it looks like a cute makeup bag for in your bag but if you already have one. And hate changing it out (I know I do because of all the junk in it) don't really think it is necessary to purchase this.

Music Monday Time! Cheryl - Screw You

Hi dolls,

I have been listening to Cheryl's album a lot lately but of course there are always some stand outs. I have been loving most of her songs but the one I really love is called ''Screw You''.'

I am not going to say ''Cheryl has to stop singing about her ex-husband'' let her sing whatever she likes, I like it. And for the people who are going to complain just don't listen to it. It is kinda weird now I am thinking about it, every female singer who goes through a break up and then releases songs their songs are always labeled the song is about ..... One other that pops into my mind is Katy Perry. Why are females always labeled they are still heart broken about their break up but men don't have to deal with that. This is one of the things that really annoys me.

But anyway the song, it kinda says for itself. It basically is about a guy who has not been the greatest boyfriend, and she is singing screw you. I do have to say this is just the song from her album, it is NOT her latest single or anything.

Enjoy!

Truly Yours August 2012 Box Review

Hi dolls,

If I am correct this week I will be receiving my Truly Yours September box, the people who live outside of the Netherlands and don't know my unboxing videos. Truly Yours is a sample subscription service just like glossybox and birchbox. The price was € 12.95 per month but they were forced to raise their prices as well to € 14.95 but I got the opportunity to sign up now for their normal price of € 12.95 per month until I stop my subscription. Which first of all is really nice of them, glossybox never gave me the opportunity to do that.

Besides you will notice that I like the Truly Yours boxes much more than the Glossybox because the products in the Truly Yours are far better than Glossybox. Both in size and the variety of products and also their customer service is spot on. I am in regular contact with them through my twitter and facebook account.  I have seen other people asking questions and they usually answer within hours except weekends of course.

Anyhow on to the review part of this post which was the entire intention.

First product in this box was the Snowberry Smoothing Eye Serum. It says, good things come in small packages and this certainly was small. The sample size was only 7ml but to think that the full size is 15ml this sample was a great size. This product originates from New Zealand and I was super excited to try this out because I have never heard of this brand before and also because it is from New Zealand, not a lot beauty products are from there. It is an eye serum containing the New Zealand snowberry and it reduces under eye bags and fine lines. I have to say I love this product, it is just great product, the consistency is more of a cream not a runny serum. But I prefer that cream consistency much better because it smears better and also you use less product.

Sample Size worth € 29.40 7ml (Full size is € 63.- 15ml)

The second product was the Weleda Rosa Mosqueta vitalizing face moisturizer, as the name says it is roses. I have to say the scent of this product was way too strong for me and therefore I only sampled a tiny bit of it. Because even though I don't mind rosy scents this was too overpowering rosy that I could not stand the smell of it. So I did not use it. I did receive a full size product.

Full size product worth € 15.95 containing 30ml

The third product was the Weleda Rosa Mosqueta night moisturizer, as the daily moisturizer once again I did not care for this product so I did not even open it to try.

Full size product worth € 16.75 containing 30ml

The fourth product was something I could use after 2 not for me products. It was the impulss nail polish in the color 009. It is a very nice dark blue color with silver running through, so in some lights it kinda looks grey. I love it! I put it on my toe nails to try out because my finger nails are still in summer mood lol.

Full size product worth € 4.99 containing 6.5ml
The color on my nails (don't mind my ugly toes lol)

The fifth product was the Korres Guava showergel, even though this was only sample size it was a deluxe sample. I have been wanting to try out something by Korres because I heard great things about the brand. And I have to say this showergel did its work, it smells really good, if you like that guava and nature mix. It is an unique scent but I like it, not too overpowering.

Sample Size product worth € 2.12 containing 50 ml (full size is € 10.60 250ml)

The last product in the box was an extra and it was a sample of the new Marc Jacobs Dot perfume, the scent is floral with its main component being jasmin. It is quite nice but don't think it will become 1 of my favorites.

extra sample did not include as a product so no value

Overall this box was great if you like the Weleda moisturizers because those two were full sizes and just one of them paid for the box already. The eye serum is a nice new product to try out and the nail polish, I can never have too many nail polishes.

I think with the products that I do not use or just tried out once from my boxes, I will collect and giveaway at some point when I think I have enough products. Of course I will put it one of the boxes so it will actually look like a beauty box.

So overall this box has a value of € 69.21 which does not include the Marc Jacobs sample, I have to say this is a great value for a box that only costs € 12.95 I just wish the Weleda stuff didn't stink that much lol. What do you think of the contents of this box?

Golden After Summer Glow MakeUp Tutorial

Hi dolls,

I know today is the first official day of fall, so what am I doing with an after summer makeup tutorial. Well I love the inbetween seasons time. I think this can be appropriate for summer (next year) and just the transition into fall. I know some of us are still struggling with accepting that we have to pull out our hoodies, darker eyeshadow colors and just darker clothed colors in general. Some of us still have a tan going on or just keeping up with our summer tan with fake tan, and I think this makeup look will look gorgeous with that.

Also I promised some of my subscribers that I would be doing a look with my glamour doll eyes eyeshadow that I received from their August OTM.

I hope you guys will enjoy and please let me know what you think. Of course subscribe if you have not subscribed yet.

Fortune Cookie Soap Halloween Soapbox! Pre-order

Hi dolls,

I was upset because I did not get the fall Fortune Cookie soapbox also because I did not want to subscribe to another subscription service. Because I do not want to go through the hassle of cancelling after 1 box or changing my shipping address (which is usually a pain with these boxes) because I am moving soon. I know something will be going wrong, because this is me we are talking about.

Anyhow I was super excited when Fortune Cookie Soap announced they were doing a Halloween special soapbox which was just going to be an one off box that you can order without any strings attached. Of course I had to get it, and with that also blowing my budget for the following month. Because the box itself is $20 usd for USA, $28 usd for Canada and $34 usd for overseas. I have put myself once again on a tight budget for next month. I however do not think $ 34 dollars is that much for a soap box which is going to be filled with goodies and the fact that it has to be shipped al the way to the Netherlands.

Normally they don't tell you what you will be getting in your soapbox but this time they did list all the items probably because it is such a limited edition box.

List of items in the box ;

1. "Grave Digger" Fortune Cookie Soap smells like freshly dug earth
2. "Scary Spice" OCD  a mouthwatering blend of Pumpkin, Apple and Caramel
3. "Zombie Treats" Bath Fizzy THAT GLOWS IN THE FREAKIN' DARK!!!!!! and smells like a legit Jolly Rancher candy.
4. "Ghost Gum" Hydrate Me in the shape of a skull and smells like a 50/50 Orange Cream bar.
5. "Vampire Blood" Body Wash in Black Cherry fragrance.
6. "Witches Wart Be-Gone" Clearly Complexion Clay Mask
7. "Gremlins, Goblins & Ghouls OH MY! Whipped Cream smells like grape candy.
8. "Smashed Pumpkin" Wax Tart  a guest product sample from Scentsory Overload and smells like Pumpkin/Rum.
9. "Headless Horseman" Bath Melt in a tropical pumpkin blend
10. $10 Discount Code towards a future purchase.

*Image taken from FCS website*

All of them sound super exciting. I cannot wait for the boxes to ship which will be on October 1st. I love Halloween, it just sucks that The Netherlands is not a country participating in Halloween. Half of the people don't know about it or just think it is an American thing. So anyhow, if you want to get your own box I will leave a link. Of course I will be doing an unboxing video for you showing all the goodies.

Fortune Cookie Soap Halloween SoapBox

*UPDATE* Their halloween soapbox is now sold out, but there might be a couple available next week so keep checking their facebook page if you still want one!

GlossyBox September 2012 Unboxing

Hi dolls,

Today I have an unboxing of my September Glossybox, after my rant post about me cancelling. I signed back up with the hope that this month's box was going to be a special edition. I have to say it is special alright, but not as exciting as I had hoped for. I feel like after the past 2 crappy boxes the October box must be an exciting one.

If you have not received your box yet do not click on my link to go see the unboxing. Or if you are curious about it, click click clickity click!

Also I have to apologize for my appearance, I was planning on doing stuff for my blog and edit videos so I knew I was not going to be out of the house. Hence the glasses, no makeup and my Maroon 5 t-shirt.

Anyhow enjoy the video! Don't forget to comment, rate and subscribe! :-)

Essie Nailpolish Half Off!

Hi dolls,

I thought I would just let you all know that you should all check your local Essie retailer because they are currently having 50% off on their summer collections. Which is great, I have been in love with some of the colors and still think you can pull it off during the winter. I always say pink is a year round color.

I picked up two of them, maybe I will show them in a haul video. I picked up Cascade Cool and Tour De Finance. I spotted the Essie ''Navigate Her'' color, which has been raved about on YouTube, it is a pistache cream green color, absolutely gorgeous. I actually received it in 1 of my beauty boxes so I did not have to buy it.

Anyhow, thought I just share this tip with you if you consider a full price Essie a bit expensive. They retail in The Netherlands for around 10 euros so I do find them a tad expensive. But for 5 euros it is much better pricing.

GlossyBox August 2012 Review

Hi dolls,

I have decided to go back to my old format of doing a review for the sample boxes I receive because I have gotten feedback of people thinking that I have done an unboxing before. But yeah, so I thought I would do a review in a post here and just link it from my YouTube channel and vice versa.

The unboxing video can be seen here; GlossyBox August 2012 Unboxing Dutch Version

So first product in the box was also the most exciting product of the 5 products I have received for the August box. This was the Kiehl's Lip Balm #1, I have heard so much about Kiehls and I have been wanting to try out 1 of their products but just never happen to pick one up whenever I was in Amsterdam.
This lip balm really is as amazing as everyone claims it to be. It is smooth, very moisturizing, there is no scent and you only need the tiniest amount. It is like a clear formula that kind melts onto your lips. Also I love the packaging.

Full Size product retails for € 8.-

The second product is by Indola and is an Innova Color Shampoo, I was not very excited about this because I do not have color treated hair. So I did not use it to be honest so I can't tell you if it works or not. This was sample size and the scent was a typical professional hair care scent.

Sample Size worth € 1.96 50ml (Full Size is 300 ml € 11.75)

The 3rd product in my box was a makeup product and it was the Vera Valenti eye pencil in black and this was a full size product. The packaging feels very inexpensive and although the size of the pencil is slightly longer than the normal pencil. I did not feel like this product was that great. The kohl in the eyeliner was very tough so I had to put a little bit more force into it, which in turn I was pulling my eyelids. Staying power was not great either.

Full Size product retails for € 3.90

The 4th product in my box was also a makeup product and also by Vera Valenti. It is an eyeshadow palette and I was not too keen when I first saw it, especially because it looks very inexpensive. It has 8 eyeshadows, 1 blush and 2 small double ended sponge tip applicators. I don't really use the sponge tip applicators. The blush is very chalky though, so not so keen on the blush. The eyeshadows however were a huge shock to me, because my oh my do they have a great pigmentation. Seriously the pigmentation is amazing! I wish I have swatches to show you, but I will do that in a different post.

Full size product retails for € 5.32

Last product in my box is something that I have seen in both the UK boxes and the US boxes. And that is the Glossybox brush. They say it is a brush that can be used for the face and specifically for blush, which I am not very sure of it. Because for blush, I like my brushes to be more dense and this brush does not have that. It picks up barely any product and is very harsh and rough on my skin. Not that soft at all. Also this brush is not very suitable for any vegans amongst us because it is made from goat hair.

Full size product retails for € 7.-

So overall this box was a bit of a let down for me, I cancelled and then re-subscribed because they said they were going to do a special September box. And people who know me, I am a sucker for special editions and limited editions. I am usually the one  sucked into all of this by those ''special'' and ''limited'' editions.

So overall this box has a value of € 26.18 I think that is the lowest value I have received a box to date.

Movie Monday: American Pie: The Reunion

Hi dolls,

I apologize for really slacking with all the posts, but I have been super busy and to be honest with you. I was inspirationless for a couple of days. Although I could've put up a couple of review posts, but I did not want to write something I would not be happy about because of the no inspiration. Maybe this zero spending on beauty is getting to me....

Anyhow, it is Monday once again and I did forget last Monday but I have a movie pick for this Monday. I was watching American Pie; The Reunion yesterday and thought I might as well make it the pick for Movie Monday. And I have to say it brought me back to when I was 11 and the first American Pie movie came out and it was all the hype. I did however waited another year before I actually watched it, I think I was 12 at the time and just started middle/high school (all the different school systems confuse me). I think American Pie was the first ever DVD I bought, yes it was also the time when DVD's started to become the next big thing. Oh all of a sudden I feel so old! lol

So was the Reunion as funny as the first, maybe not. Was it funny? Yes it was. Although I think we all grow up and the way we look at a movie change. I can still be childish and immature at times (ok most times...) it was funny to watch and just a throwback to my early teens. I think if you watched American Pie when it first came out, then you should definitely watch the Reunion. Because it gives you a fun look of what they are doing now, how the characters have grown or not grown over time.

Have you watched it? What do you think?

50 Shades Darker & Freed review

Hi dolls,

I have to apologize for being so absent this past week, I normally post almost every day and now there is like 3/4 days between my posts. Really shocking I know. I also realize I need to announce my giveaway winner on my YouTube, which the video of it will hopefully be up tomorrow. It has been a somewhat busier week than expected so it kinda took me by surprise.

But the point of this post was to talk about the last 2 books in the 50 shade trilogy. I have to admit, I read both books in the space of 3 days, just because even the books each have a lot of pages the font is quite large and it is an easy read. Once I am drawn into a book, I have to finish it that same day, or at least I like to try. For example I read Harry Potter 5 in 2 days as well.... Maybe I am just a fast reader...

Ok lets start with the 2nd book which is 50 Shades Darker. In this book, we actually figure out why Christian is the way he is, or the deep meaning of it anyways. In the first book at the end they went their seperate ways and now they are back together again. This book really got on my nerves concerning Ana, she was being so annoying!!! Literally I started really disliking her at one point. Because all she could do was wine and get upset about everything. Of course Christian is as controlling as ever, I swear in reality, his actions aka stalker tendencies would have gotten him in jail a long time ago or at least locked away for a while. He knows way too much, for my liking. Although he does have the money for it.

In the 3rd book called 50 Shades Freed, the book starts with them on their honeymoon, and him getting upset over little things and she just acting stupid. Like seriously how stupid can you be?! If you know what type of person he is and you still want to act childish and act out. It then gradually got into more of a story when it came to the characters with them actually getting stuff happening to them and it is not as much involved over sex, which frankly got so boring. Both the 2nd and 3rd book had repeats of the sex scenes, it was very much the same. In the last book we really get to know Christian and what happened in his life. I liked the fact that she had written an epilogue just briefly telling what happens after the main story wrapped. Also she written a few bits looking from his point of view which is nice so you can know what Christian was thinking.

Overall the trilogy was an easy read, it gave me a lot of LOL moments just because some of the pieces were so cheesy and so ridiculous. It is not writing greatly but it is ok, because it was still interesting in its own way. I have to warn there is a lot of sex involved I think that is all that Ana is interested in.... Yes Ana not Christian per se! The sex bits gotten boring and lacked the creativity in the 2nd and 3rd book. I kinda expected it to have more BDSM in it after hearing so much hype about it.

Does it overall live up to its hype? I have to say probably not, but I do see why everyone is reading it. Because once you start you kinda want to finish all 3 books because Christian is such an interesting character, Ana not so much... so you want to know what other extravagant gesture he is going to do or what sparked him to be the way he is. He is one of those typical, on the outside he looks like he has it all but you can't judge a book by its cover.

Anyhow I want to know what you thought of the books if you have read them? Or do you want to read it? Do you think a movie about it would be any good?

Blake Lively Gucci Premiere MakeUp Tutorial

Hi dolls,

first of all I want to apologize for not posting a monday music or movie pick. I have been fairly busy with a ton of very exciting stuff for my blog and my youtube channel. So I did not have the time and I like to just do that post actually on mondays instead of a day late. I promise next monday I will definitely be posting one.

But onto what I was actually be posting about and that is... a makeup tutorial. I know I have not done a makeup tutorial in forever, and I thought it was time. I love Blake Lively she is absolutely gorgeous, I just love her makeup always. And this advert has been on tv a lot lately and I have been wanting to do a makeup tutorial on this look because I fell in love with it as soon as it came out.

Please let me know what you think of it and also if you like this type of tutorial over my older types.

The second picture is to show you guys that she is in fact wearing pink lipstick, in the advert shot, the lighting is different.

Fallen for the 50 Shades of Grey hype

Hi dolls,

It pains me to say that I have fallen for the 50 shades of Grey hype. I normally don't really want to participate when something is over-hyped about. 1 of the reasons I have never watched Lord of the Rings and Twilight movies. None of them... Harry Potter I got sucked into, because I love the books so much, although I have never read of watched the last book and 2 movies. Because I got bored with it to be honest....

So I have finished reading 50 shades of Grey which is the first book in the Trilogy. I have to say the first started off very PG, but that quickly changed. The ending of the book, seemed very adrupt, like they were both on a high and then it just ended. Just like that...

I am intrigued by the story of the gentleman in question mr. Christian Grey, I think his character is very interesting and I keep wanting to know more about him. It kinda sucks that the first book does not give much away, that is why I am already half way through the second book. The girl however she is very innocent, she is very much of a YES/NO character.

Even though I have never seen any of the Twilight movies, and this book is based on a Twilight fan fiction. I guess I can imagine in what ways the book is based from. Even though I have not watched any of the Twilight movies.

I do have to warn you that this book is pretty detailed in the 18+ part and if you are squeemish I would no recommend reading it. But I thought the book was very comical as well, I laughed out loud a couple of times whilst reading. Just because some of it was just too ridiculous for words, and just too funny.

Do I think its mommy porn? (to put it in words of many book reviewers) I can understand when women of a certain would love reading this, maybe because their sex lives is not that great anymore and they are looking for that excitement.

But I think if you like reading and figuring out why someone acts the way they act and you can look past the sex aspects. It is an ok book to read, it is a very easy book to read. I find myself going through the pages fairly quickly. (Finished book 1 today and already half way through book 2)

I also think that it has the media attention it has because every girl regardless age etc. Has dreamed about a guy sweeping off her feet, has money to spare, and wants to lavish you in all the luxury thinkable. I think that part appealed most to women. But then you find out, he has a very extreme... lets say hobby... so how do you react on it? I think that is the question that most people would have to consider.

If you have read the book. What do you think? If you have not read the book, do you want to read it? If yes why? If no, why not?

Aura by Swarovski Review *

Hi dolls,

I have a review for you today. I have to say straight forward, I am in absolute love with this perfume!

As you can see from the title of this blogpost, the perfume I am talking about is the Aura by Swarovski perfume. You must be thinking, Swarovski? Don't they do the very nice crystal figurines and the gorgeous jewelry with the crystals? Yes they do! I have always been a huge fan of Swarovsky, especially their jewelry, I love the sparkle of the crystals and the quality of their pieces are amazing and I love how it shimmers in the light. I have to admit I am a proud owner of several Swarovski jewelry pieces, I believe they can dress up an outfit instantly. But enough about the jewelry I was talking about their Aura perfume.

First things first, the packaging, the perfume bottle comes in a super cute pink box that has a texture to it so it kinda looks like it is leather of course it is not. But I like what I see so far...

When you unbox it, first thing I see is the crystal that is on top of the bottle. A perfume by Swarovski, it has to have a Swarovski Crystal element to it. As the pink box, the crystal is pink the rest of the bottle is shiny silver and very sleek of design. And the bottle that is under the silver cap, where the perfume is, which is pink btw.
(I apologize for my finger print on the silver, clearly I should've been more careful)

Now, the more important part, the scent. When I first smelled it, I literally fell in love with it! It has a floral with hints of fruitiness to it, so it becomes sweet. When I am wearing this perfume I feel like it embraces me, a little bit goes a long way. Which I look for in a scent, it has a long lasting power, according to others, who I asked if they could still scent the perfume I was wearing at the end of the day. People ask me what I am wearing because I smell so good, which is a superb thing, because I love to smell good and this perfume has become a vast favorite of mine very quickly.

So overall what do I recommend? I would definitely recommend you going out and explore this perfume to see if you like it. I think a lot of you will like it because it is not overly fruity sweet and not overly floral. It has a nice balance. And with a packaging like that, who doesn't want it on their vanity? Or on display with the rest of their perfume collection.

Aura by Swarovski, is available in both Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette depending if you want the scent more powerful or not. They also have a range of body products including body lotion, body cream, shower gel and even a hair mist so basically perfume for your hair.

Tell me what your favorite perfume is or scent for fall? What do you think of Swarovski's packaging? Does it suit with their crystals?

Hi dolls,

I know you must be thinking another post today? Yes, I am only making this post real quick though. Telling all of you about this amazing giveaway that Marc B is having right now on their facebook.

I have been a fan ever since they came out with their look-a-like Chanel bags but unfortunately I never picked one up when I was living in Scotland. Kinda regret it now.

Their bags are super cute and with the quilted patern if you like. And all of the bags have cute girls names like Mimi, Phoebe, Amelia...

Anyhow as I was saying they have a Facebook giveaway going on and you can enter here

Good luck!

Battle of the Dry Shampoos

Hi dolls,

I have got another video for you all. Because I have seen these Dry Shampoos popping up everywhere I thought I would do a battle of the dry shampoos video. I quite like this concept let me know what you think of it and if you would like me to do a video series of this battle of.... (particular product) I think it would be fun and it is easier because you will have multiple to compare and review with.

I discussed the Andrélon, the Batiste and also a mention of the Lee Stafford dry shampoo in this video. Who will be a hit and who will be a miss? Check out my video to find out.

August Favorites 2012

Hi dolls,

I hope all been having a great August. I know we are in September already and I have been meaning to record this video and put this up before August was officially over, but I really was just clueless on what to put in my August favorites. I have to say I struggle each month with the favorites, because I always try to switch out my products all the time. So all my products get the same amount of love from me. And when I hear the word favorites I always think of products I really love and products that I really love usually don't change... So each month this is a struggle because I don't want to put too many repeats from previous months in that month.

Anyways I will stop blabbing, because this video is 19 min long.

Enjoy! Let me know what your favorites are in the comments under this post or a link to your blog or even in the comments under the video.

Zero Spending on MakeUp September

Hi dolls,

If you guys watch my YouTube videos, some of you might know that I have decided to stop spending any more money on MakeUp or Beauty items for the rest of September. I have decided to do so, because I really do need to save some money considering Christmas is 3 months away and I will be wanting all those Christmas collections that are coming out. Also I have a whole wishlist of MAC products that I really really want so I have to save up for that, considering a job is still pretty far away right now...

I am luckily not alone in this zero spending on makeup this September as I have seen at least 2 YouTubers trying to do the same. If you would like to join me on this challenge, leave me a comment saying you will be doing the same, and we can give each other support.

It might seem easy to do, but putting a restraint on yourself only makes things harder so it seems. Especially for a beauty blogger/vlogger not spending anything is going to be very hard. As when new products come out, I run to the store to go see if I need that particular product.

But I like a good challenge, although I have to admit, I caught myself looking at some pretty makeup earlier today and almost clicked put in basket.

What I will promise you, is that I will not spend any money this month on makeup or anything beauty related. I will do 1 or 2 posts a week telling you about my progress. And hopefully I will not cave...

Music Monday

Hi dolls,

It is time for music monday again, I know I have really been slacking a lot when it comes to my blog. I keep thinking to myself I need to have more interesting stuff to post on my blog. And also my August favorites are on my to-do list, which I probably will be filming tonight and then get it edited and uploaded tomorrow. *fingers crossed* that everything will work out.

Anyhow onto Music Monday, I have picked something still in the summer mindset. Although I like to think of it as a pretty summer song.

I have to admit, I have been loving Nicki Minaj, ok fair enough she can be a little bit cooky sometimes but I still like her. Her music is good and as a music artist that is all there is about.

This is not 1 of her singles, but is on her latest album. I love this song, as it is super catchy. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. And if you have any suggestions I would love to hear it.

MakeUp Haul! (Yes I hauled again lol)

Hi dolls,

I know I must look like I go shopping all the time. I promise I don't. Anyhows this haul video will be my last for the month because I am not allowed to buy more makeup from myself. So please do keep an eye on me when it comes to this lol.

Anyhow enjoy the video!
