Preview of Catrice ''SpectaculART''

Hi dolls,

I thought this might interest you, Catrice is coming out with a new collection for the winter. It is inspired by the colorful Indian style combined with the simple French style. This collection will be available from November onwards.

I know Catrice is not widely available everywhere, but if there is anything that you would like to see in a giveaway please let me know in the comments down below. I did a Catrice giveaway before so I don't mind doing another.

This collection will contain eyeshadows, false lashes, eyeliner pen, highlighting powder, mouse blush, lipsticks and nail polishes.

There are four different eyeshadows in this collection. All very metallic colors.

Also a pack of fake individual lashes.

A mousse blush, kind of reminds me of those old Maybelline mousse blushes. Only 1 color which is a soft pink.

3 different colors of lipsticks that go on very sheer even contains spf 10.

4 different nail polish colors, nothing that really stands out with me to be honest.

And finally a gold leaf topcoat. Which to me looks more just like a flaky gold top coat, we shall see when the collection comes out.

Catrice ''Upper WILDside'' Limited Edition Collection

I have been meaning to write this post a couple of weeks ago showing you a preview of this new limited edition collection by Catrice called ''Upper WILDside'' but I have completely forgotten about it *whoopsies*. Hopefully you can forgive me and I can still show you the collection.

This collection is inspired by the city life combining with the thirst for adventure. It has nice warm colors which are perfect for the fall. There is a total of 4 different products and a beauty bag for this collection. I will show you all the products + names + the recommended retail prices.

Long-lasting cream eyeshadow

This cream eyeshadow suppose to be long lasting and it has a dofer applicator for easy application. The colors look super pretty although I need to go to the stores to check out if they are this amazing. I think these colors are great for the in-between seasons transition colors. These retail for € 3.39 a piece.

The lip gloss stick says it has a gel like texture, it won't be very opaque but gives you a subtle hint of color.

This is both for face and body, you might be thinking a bronzing gel for fall? Yes as most of us won't be getting a natural tan this is great to still keep up your tan from the summer. This retails for € 3.99

Ultimate Nail Lacquer

5 colors for this collection, I have to admit these colors would've been great for the summer but they are also great for the fall. These will retail for € 2.59 a piece.

 Sorry no color names known. Was given to me very confusing.

The beauty bag will be available for € 3.59 it looks like a cute makeup bag for in your bag but if you already have one. And hate changing it out (I know I do because of all the junk in it) don't really think it is necessary to purchase this.

''Colorful Eyes'' Eye MakeUp Tutorial

Hi dolls,

I have put up another makeup tutorial. This one however is more focused on the eye makeup. Because it is fun for the summer, totally wearable even though it is colorful it is not totally out there. You either like it or you don't like it enough because it is not Overly colorful!

Anyhow, I think it is very pretty. I created this look with the limited edition Cruise Couture eyeshadow palette that I will be giving away in the next video so keep an eye out for that.

That was the entire collection, what do you think of the collection? Which items do you want to buy? I might pick up salsa cubana, havana drum and the take it mint nail polish. I am not too fond of loose eyeshadows (because of all the fall out) and maybe I will buy the bronzer as well. Let me know what you think?

Catrice Product Discontinues

Hi dolls,

Catrice is discontinuing some of their products and thought you might want to know. So you can either stock up on your favorite product or run to the store and see if you can get it at a discounted price.

For people who don't know Catrice, Catrice is a cosmetics brand which is drugstore and is basically the older sister of Essence and also a bit more expensive I have to add. Although it is still fairly affordable and sometimes they have amazing products.

So for the discontinued products, they are making way for new products for the fall 2012 collection which will be available in the drugstores (Kruidvat and Trekpleister) in August. I will make a separate post about the new products in the next couple of days maybe tomorrow.
